LOCAL PICK-UP

Miel The Label is an online boutique, but we do offer local pick-up as a courtesy for customers located in Calhoun and Dalton, Georgia.

By selecting Local Pick-Up at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Only one Local Pick-Up option is available at checkout. Your pick-up location is determined via the address entered at checkout (Calhoun area vs. Dalton area).

If you need to request a location change, you must contact us prior to your order being dropped off or scheduled. Location changes are not guaranteed.

Once “Ready For Pick-Up” confirmation has been sent and the order has been made available, Miel The Label is not responsible for missed pick-ups, scheduling conflicts, or failure to retrieve the order.

Your order is not ready until you receive your official “Ready for Pick-Up” email sent to the email address entered at checkout.

 

Please note: • The address listed at checkout is not a pick-up location.
• Orders will not be available before confirmation.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their email (including spam/junk folders). •Once the “Ready for Pick-Up” email has been sent to the customer, the order has been fulfilled & made available to the customer.

 

Calhoun Pick-Up

We are based in Calhoun, however we do not have or operate a physical storefront.

Calhoun pick-ups take place at the Calhoun Food Lion parking lot and must be scheduled in advance. A mutually agreed-upon date and time is required prior to pick-up. You must contact us to schedule it. This is subject to change at the request of store-owner or customer, but must also be mutually agreed-upon.

Orders will only be available after you receive your “Ready for Pick-Up” email.

Dalton Pick-Up

Dalton pick-ups are available at Bandidas Western Co. storefront with drop-offs being completed once per week or once every other week (no guaranteed day).

Please watch our Instagram stories for announced drop-off days.

Customers must wait for the “Ready For Pick-Up” Email before going in-store. Once you receive your “Ready for Pick-Up” email, you may pick up during Bandidas Western Co. store hours using the name listed on your order.

We are a small, one-woman-run boutique, and I truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding 🤍 I do my best to accommodate all of our local girls!

PRE-ORDERS

We are so excited to offer select styles on pre-order so you don’t miss out on highly requested pieces 🤍 Please review the following before placing your order.

What Is a Pre-Order?

 

Pre-order items are clearly labeled with “PRE-ORDER” in the product title.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.

The estimated arrival timeframe (ETA) will be listed in the product title & description.

If a pre-order item is purchased together with in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives. 

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order. Shipping costs will apply to both orders

If you would like to make a change to an order placed with pre-order items & in-stock items & split the fulfillment to have in-stock items shipped sooner, you must contact us via email to do so & are subject to an additional shipping costs.

All ETAs listed are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Pre-order timeframes:

• May be slightly affected by vendor production delays

• May be slightly affected by shipping carrier delays

• Do not include our processing and fulfillment time once the inventory arrives. (1-2 days)

• Do not include shipping carrier timeframes

While we always strive to meet estimated dates, circumstances outside of our control may impact arrival timing.

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that:

• You have read the item title and description.

• You understand the estimated timeframe

 

• You are agreeing to wait for the item to arrive

• You understand the ETA is not always guaranteed

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer for a refund due to wait time.

Delays within the estimated timeframe or due to vendor/shipping issues do not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

If an unforeseen issue occurs where a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, store credit or a refund will be issued at our discretion.

ORDER CHANGES

We completely understand that sometimes changes are needed 🤍 If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email.
Requested changes may include:

• Size adjustments

• Item additions

• Order combinations

• Quantity updates

We will always do our best to accommodate requests; however, changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed & packed.

Once an order has been packed and prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee that any modifications can be made prior to it shipping.

If your order has already been fulfilled or marked as shipped, changes are no longer possible.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders are considered final once placed.

No order cancellations are permitted after purchase.

If a cancellation request were to be approved at our discretion PRIOR to processing, it will be issued as store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
