Processing Times

 

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (new launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and best available rate.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
    • Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages
    • Damage that occurs during transit

  • We securely package and double-bag all orders to help prevent damage.
  • If an issue arises, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier using their tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered is correct.
  • We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees, given that their return has been approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

 

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times vary by country and may take 2–6 weeks depending on customs processing.
