Refund policy
We hope that we provide you the best experience when shopping with us and that you love everything that you purchase from Miel The Label. However, we understand that some items might not workout for you. In that case, we do allow returns in exchange for store credit. Please keep reading for our full return policy.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. No exceptions.
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• Sale items
• Discounted items
• Items purchased using a promo or discount code • Shoes
• Accessories
• Intimates
No exceptions.
Any item purchased at a reduced price — whether marked down or purchased using a promotional or discount code — is considered a final sale item.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have reviewed the item details, sizing, and descriptions
• You understand that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• You understand no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for these items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it : unworn, unused, unstained, undamaged and with its original tags that it came with. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival of return. Items with any makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell, pet smell/hair, detergent smell, air freshener smells, or any kind of stain/damage will not be accepted for a return. We reserve the right to not accept any returns that violate our policy.
In the case that your item doesn't meet our return requirements, we will contact you to send your item back. You will be subject to extra shippings charges.

You must provide return shipping.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Once you receive the approval of return & return instructions, items must be shipped out with tracking numbers or returned locally to us within the given time frame of 3 days unless stated otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us after the given time frame has passed will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Damages reported after 2 days will not be considered. Damages aside from defective items (self-inflicted/accident/after being worn etc.) will not be considered.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and has gone through our system, we cannot cancel your order. It takes multiple steps to place your order & when placing your order, you are agreeing to our terms & services. The multiple steps needed to place your order, ensure that there are no accidental purchases. We will not issue original payment refunds for order cancellations. In the case that you change your mind or need to cancel, we can edit your order or offer store credit. Please contact us immediately to do so. No edits can be made once order is packed and fulfilled.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the store credit that we issue you.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not provide original payment refunds. We offer store credit in the form of a Miel The Label gift card. If your return is received and approved, you’ll receive Miel The Label store credit equal to the balance of your returned purchase within 10 business days. This balance will exclude shipping costs and taxes if applicable.
